Alright, After a lot of work and research I have 4 separate videos with the required info. I have had run-ins with Luke on multiple occasions and finally got fed up with it. I am not the only one who has problems with him and it has happened across a few days.
Here is all the info with links embedded to the demos hosted on my Dropbox. I only listed the major incidents as to get to the point and not waste your (JLV) time. If I were to list all the times he cut massive sections of track, rode backwards, attempted to take people out, most times he crashed and the other guy didnt, etc. you would just be watching all 4 videos in their entireity.
All incidents occurred on Elsinore 19800.

Cuts track and attempts to take me out, game let me go and crashed him.

3.12-3.22, 4.20-4.30,
Cuts track trying to take me out again, game lets me go and crashes him again.

3.56-4.03
trys to take me out, he crashes

5.31-6.06
Cuts half of track, targets #387, tries to take out but crashes on contact.

7.36-7.46
after #387 again, crashes himself on impact

9.01-9.14
targets #77, Knocks him over.

Trys to punt #77, then cuts track in persuit until he makes contact and crashes.

cuts track, blocks jump, and makes contact with #387, #387 stays up.

Cuts track and runs into #387, #387 stays up.

No need to post multiple demos. If the first one wasn't good enough I would have stopped watching.
