If you want to report someone, give me the following info:
1. A description of what they did wrong.
2. A demo of the incident.
3. The numbers of the riders involved.

Rough passing is allowed. I'm only interested in banning people who are playing demolition derby instead of racing.

You should rename this "The Wall of Shame"

and list all the banned people, i think it would be quite funny.

I never saw the Lolo#7 connected message, and i never saw lolo racing either, only the "disconnected" message.
