5:50 : Punts rider
6:05 : Cuts track to take out same rider, who is lapping him
6:27 : Jumps onto the track infront of rider #36 , almost causing him to go down and once gets up, sits in the middle of the track for ~8 seconds
8:33 : see's rider and intentionally blocks and takes them out while being lapped for the 2nd time
8:51 : rides straight into rider, not trying to turn

I'm gonna guess this won't result in a ban. The only things there that jlv bans for are the 6:05 and 6:27 offenses, which 6:05 looked intentional, but he missed. And 6:27 was just a case of what everyone does in 03: no looky at the map
