Jarad Lundsford #161 UID 7338 and The Sperm Whale #999 UID 13754 Decided to demoliton derby it up in 02 tonight against me (Christian Cicero) #72 for no reason tonight.
Heres a quick breakdown.
:40 Lundford attempts takeout
1:24 I fall over berm and they try to play pinball with me.
1:51 Sperm waits up and attempts takeout
3:26 Lapping both rider and Sperm CUTS the track and goes backwards and attempts punt while lundsford tries to get me also.
3:35 Lundsford hits me wide open off berm
4:10 CUTS track and attempts takeout
4:25 Both try to play pinball while i type to them to stop.
5:09 jumps backwards on section and tries to get me.
5:30 Pinball again.

Did they ever actually hit anyone while off the course or riding backwards?

I watched the demo. Riders #161 and #999 were trying to take Cicero out the entire moto, and rider #310 joined at the end. At time 4:40 #161 cuts a berm trying to punt Christian but barely clips his back wheel. Seeing as how #161 and #999 were waiting on the track for extended periods of time I think it's safe to say they weren't trying to race at all.

Is it relevant? A man goes on a killing spree, every bullet he fires, misses. So what, that means he did nothing wrong?

Correct me if I'm wrong but they would still get charge with "Attempted Homicide" therefore go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200. It's not like the police say meh no one died carry on your merry way, nek minnit people start dying, wonder why.
I can pretty much guarantee this will happen again, the amount of threads that get made for one person who doesn't receive any form of punishment is just silly.
I remember when I got banned for punting my friend after he took me out on the start, didn't cut or anything, still got banned though. At least be consistent.

But here it's either homicide or not homicide. Attempting homicide in one of JLV's servers isn't a crime. Sorry.

Seeing who is posting this I struggle to come to grips with this being an unprovoked homicide attempt...

This is the problem with the servers and the people that race on it. Unless you cut and successfully hit someone, there's no issue. It doesn't matter if for the entire race they just punt everyone and ruin it for hours, so long as he doesn't cut its perfectly ok.

Really if you're cutting you're only being inconsiderate. If you never hit anyone then it's like you didn't do anything at all. It's more of a motivator for people to get faster so they don't get hit. I say we give them cookies and milk.

Unfortunately traction and trajectories is calculated using calculus, not algebra.
