user was not trying to race, just being a pain in the ass/jackass

examples
cuts at 2:25 to hit me (#191).
4:40 waits and cuts to try to catch up to me (#191)
5:45 tries to wait for a leader to take out in first corner (#559)
purposefully blocks a downed leader in at 7:15 (#32)

I'm not sure he had enough skill to take someone out on purpose. It looked like he was ghosted most of the time anyway.

Fair enough. I'm pretty sure he was just jacking around because he rode better in other races but it isn't a big deal.
