I don't understand how he isn't banned yet, he is clearly doing it on purpose?

All race he just takes people out, he's just there to annoy people and ruin there races. He takes you out, then singles through a whole rhythm until you catch up again then he just punts you again...

Please remove this cancer as he's just ruining 03...
