One of my team mates was recently banned PERMINALTY from the 19803 server after he relatiated to being punted of the track by taking out the other rider. These actions all occurred in one moto on the server and each rider only took the other one out 1 time so could someone explain to me how he is the only one banned not the other rider.

is that permanent and penalty mixed together? Perminalty

I just had a look and the ban was already removed. Probably just an accident by the marshal who did the initial ban.
