Chase McDonald - UID 15804 - Being Stupid in Quali Server

So I joined a quali server and Chase McDonald was being stupid, easiest way to put it. I never did anything against him and never said anything to him except "really?" once in chat. So I'm confused as to why he was trying to kill me. I was not lagging at all either, so not sure why Chase claimed I was, I was under 100 ping the entire race. The times in the demo can be found in the gifs below.
Riders name in game is Chase McDonald and his number is blank. UID is 15804.

The first and second crash looked in my eyes more like a acendent because of sketchy riding, 3rd and 4th one was definetly ''stupid''

JLV's server rules are in effect during qualifying. Judging from his history and the actions he's showing there, I don't think it'll be long before he gets a ban.

Chase is fast and able to make things apear as they are an "accident". I could easily tell the first one was on purpose when I saw it. And he very clearly crossed over in front of me in the sand. And thanks Justin.

I muted him for the profanity. The stupid riding isn't against the rules. I'd have to ban almost everyone! Not sure if it's against rF rules.

Thank you, I didn't think you would be able to ban for the riding, but at least something was done with him.

I banned him for 30 minutes last night. He wouldn't let anyone race in 03, kept waiting for people to go by so he could wreck them. Repeated warnings led to eventual ban.

JLV said that if someone is ruining the racing I can "sit them out a couple of hours". I was nice and made it 30 mins. Since Chase is habitual offender, one can only hope he keeps it up when admins are around.
