Can Jake West Confess To DDosing RF Servers?

This was said in an emf server by Jake West (UID 6739) but it is still about the RF situation with DDosing servers. Don't know if this is real or true but what was said is very clear to think he could possibly be the one DDosing.

Why would someone be so dumb to post somthing like this LOL
If someone was legitimately dosing a rf server they arnt just going to tell everyone HAHA, clearly he was joking and was fired up after hed been kicked from the race
