extreme track cutting

UID is 22019, Maxime Feray, was litteraly penalized 1 whole lap and 14 seconds, he moved from 1st to 4th. The next race he was penalized 47 seconds. I have saved the demo and have pictures of the chat and his uid.

Assuming he wasn't interfering with anyone it isn't a problem. The penalty moved him down to where he should have been.

Over the years, JLV has put excellent "punkbuster" features into MX Sim that penalize for track cutting, being idle for too long and more recently ghosting out those that are trying to hang back and wait to ram people. I'm so happy when I see a ghost go flying by when in the past I would've been punted into next week. Thanks for all the improvements so far!
