ban wawwakakwaw

I was on the stock server and number 1 on the kawasaki (wawwakakwaw) was cutting the track and attempting to hit people he was successful sometimes....Here is the demo

"wawwakakwaw" has been banned for 1 day. Next time will be a week.

I could verify this...I was playing the stock 00 server, and had some good battles for the lead going and all waka was doing was driving around the track and trying to hit people..it was like a derby lol
