he went down. i lapped him. and in the next corner he just cuts a bit of the track and plants his bike in front of me.

I doubt he even saw you. He was falling all over the place and before he got in front of you he wound up pointed across the track and couldn't get it straight.

i had a look at his helmet cam and i could see me moving in front of him into the corner clearly.
if he didn't see me he must have been pretty blind.
it's not hard to hit the brakes when you feel you are rolling in front of another rider.
