this guy probably cost me the win. in the last 2 laps he crashed into me 3 times.
1st time wasn't really his fault although he could see me down in the corner for the entire rhythm section.
2nd he put his bike on my inside and i crashed.
3rd time he jumps on top of me.

once is an accident, but 3 times is just plain idiotic

Sorry I didn't mention that I lapped him and he was trying to race me. quite poorly I must say.

Even though it technically wasn't racing for position, I don't want to start banning newbies for being newbies.

It hardly has anything to do with being a newb, when I just started playing this game I had something called common sense.
