yzmxer608 reported the same problem. If you're using an ATI card try using the 10.4 drivers like he did.

Yea i saw that.... Im trying to get 10.4 but i cant find it. Ive been looking for a while now cant seem to find it.

Are you using onboard graphics? If this works 10.7 has problems with onboard and MXS, 10.7 worked fine for me with my card before.
