Blender vertices problem

Alright this sounds pretty stupid, but in blender it wont let me select vertices threw a another face. and iam trying to figure it out but i cant find a way to allow me to select vertices threw a face

I dont understand what you mean. Do you mean that you cant select vertices that are behind other faces?

What did you do? I want to turn it off, I can never select what face I want, it always select some random face on the other side of the model. Takes me like 5 clicks to get what I want to be selected.

First make sure you aren't in wireframe mode. Then, next to where you select vertex/edge/face mode there's a button that has a cube on it (Occlude background geometry). That's the one.
