cant join servers cache too old what download needed??

when i try to join some servers it says your cache is to old to play could someone tell me what download i need to fix this

You probably mean "client" instead of "cache", which means the server you're trying to join requires a newer client than you have. Check near the top of the General Discussion forum for the most recent snapshot update.
