help with discolour and laging

hi
sorry if this is in the wrong place but im looking at getting mx simulator for my laptop i have a packard bell
with windows 7
processor t3500
gma 4500m up to 1695 mb dvmt
4gd ddr3 memory
250gb hdd
iv no idea what it all means
is it enough to run the game
i have downloaded the demo and their apears to be a red colouring on all the terain till i reach it then it goes muddy and brown and green as i guess it should
and it seems to lag quite badly

im having the same problem to with the discoloring and lag. the bike doesnt lag but the engine sounds lags and isnt up to speed. tell me if you find an answer to this problem i already tried updating my driver i have the most updated one.
