Fraps - Making vids

Hey, I've downloaded Fraps and when I record off one of my saved demo's. It'a a bit glitchy and slow. I have a decent laptop and can run full graphics and shaders on any track so I figure that my lappy is good enough to edit videos. So could someone help me solve this problem? thanks

and the vids save a ridiculous size like 1min equals 90 something mb.

Yea I have the same thing, Im not sure if it's supposed to be like this, but at least you're not the only one with the issue, I drop from like 90 to 30 fps.. and the size thing as well..
