The "too lazy" error means you're getting an error code that I was too lazy to make a specific error message for. (Thought I did all the common ones.)

I wouldn't fool with the subnet mask. All you need to do is forward the port, use the correct addresses and not have any firewalls blocking you.

i forwarded the port all that was cool my friend tried to use my ip to connect and it just said contacting server the server was on and everything
the ip i use to sign on my server is 10.0.0.2 which i know only i can use

but when ever i told my friend to use my ip either if it was like **.***.****.**:19800 or just **.***.****.**

they both had the same issue

im starting to wonder if i don't have enough bandwidth

my download is 3.83 mbs

upload is a lazy 0.73 mbs

I'm beginning to wonder if my 2 wire modem doesn't support servers?

You hardly need any bandwidth for 2 players. How is your network set up? Is the server plugged directly into the modem or is there another router involved?
