Personal folder

I re-installed mx simulator as I was having trouble riding with the 1.4 update, I still have my personal folder with everything in it but when I go into the game I have no bike graphics, gear, tracks, etc.

When you open Start > All Programs > MX Simulator > MX Simulator Personal Folder, are the files there?

No, there were no files in it, but I copy and pasted some tracks into it and it still won't show up, should I just unistall and delete everything then re-install it?

Reinstalling won't help. Are you sure the files are copied correctly? Check the sizes to be sure. If the track is in a folder, make sure you copied the contents of the folder and not just the folder itself.
