PLEASE HELP, purchased MXS and it does not work.

I had "dell inspirion" and it crashed the other day. I could not get the game off of it and i purchased a brand new "samsung np-r480" (wich is a WAY better faster more expensive laptop than the dell) and i also had to re- purchase the game on my new laptop. Everytime I try to start a race online or offline it just stop at the mxs loading screen where it says loading bikes at the top left. Eventually I have to start the task manager and manually close the program.

Please any help apreciated, This is the second thime i have purchased this game and dont want to get ripped off.

What graphics processor does it have? Have you installed the manufacturer's graphics drivers yet? The pre-installed drivers are usually fairly outdated.

it has the "intel inside core i3 processor"

I went into my menus and tried to update the drivers and the video driver updated but the rest already had the latest update. i tried to follow the directions in the "how to properly install graphics drivers" thread and the website told be that i had a customised driver on my computer and the it could not change it or something cause it may damage my PC ect. and proceeded to say contact your manufacture for details....

I have the most recent driver'', I just downloaded the demo and it works perfectly, loads fast, did a couiple laps on both tracks. MXS still not working, stops at the "loading track" screen.

Now that I see the demo is working perfectly not laggy at all, and i have all the graphics settings n such at 100% w/10 riders on the gate, I am starting to get real worried and frustrated.
my next step is to take MXS off of my PC (on a usb) and play on someone elses PC to confirm it's not my PC, but once again since the demo is working and I have a brand new PC with the newest drivers that I was told was a "gaming" PC at best buy, I doubt this will work and I think something is wrong with the download i recieved or something went wrong IDK..

I dont know what could have went wrong during my purchase, I did everything the same as the first time i purchased the game wich was only about a month ago.
I just want to play and litterally went out and bought a better more exensive "gaming" PC for 830.0 because it was a lil laggy on my last PC. I just played the demo with 15 robot gate and there was NO lag. on my dell it would have been way laggy with any more than 6 or 7 riders.. I payed like 870.00 to get going on a computer game and when i download it it doesnt even work.... I realy hope something can be done about this..

I'd still like to know what GPU (i.e. video card) you're using.

Since you say the demo works, have you tried using the exact same graphics settings for the full version as you're using on the demo? I'm guessing you might have shaders or framebuffer objects disabled in the demo.

yes i have tried shader framebffer on off ect., I put the game on a USB and installed it on my parents laptop and it worked!.. so then i put it back on MY laptop and tried to start a race and let it sit there in the laoading screen touch the mouse every once and a while so my PC doesnt go to sleep and after about 25 minutes the race started, needless to say it was so laggy you could not do anything.. uughhhh.. so i will get my laptop traded out tomorrow. idk what the problem is. why the demo works but the game does not. why my suppossably brand new lap top cant handle MXS but my POS dell could.. I may try a different model for the same price but im more suspecting that this laptop has been owned before and that may be the problem. whatever it is i will figure it out and report back thanks for the help, sorry if i have shown my frustrations just that i have spent alot of money mostly for MXS and its not working and i just want to play!!!!

Is the demo version 1.4 too? If it is, the full version should definitely work if you use the same settings. (Assuming the full version you're using is also 1.4.)

Try copying the entire config file from the demo to the full version.

First, enable hidden file display so you can see the AppData folder.

Then navigate to "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local", where username is your username.

You should see a folder named "MX Simulator", which is the full game's per user folder, and also "MX Simulator Demo" which is the demo's folder.

Copy the config file from the demo's folder to the full game's folder.

You still haven't said what GPU it is. If it's an ATI, try disabling Catalyst AI. It definitely causes crashes with MX Simulator.

yes both demo and game are version 1.4 my GPU is the "G-force 330m" i will try out what you say here, thanks

So nothing has worked and i have resorted to exchanging my laptop. i Got a new PC, performed a USB transfer right there in the store to conform MXS would work on the new system. MXS worked perfectly on the new PC. so i took the PC home. just tried to play MXS and when i click on the mx.exe is says "game content cannot be found" and does not open the game. I called the place where i Got the laptop and they say they already restored my previouse PC.

Can i be Re-funded or recieve another downoad? how does that work? i have purchased/downloaded the game twice now...

MX.exe is probably just in the wrong location. Where is it on the computer?

To realy help would have been to tell me that in the beginning before i purchased the game 3 times. but i guess then you would'nt have made 120 bucks off of me...

I just got another PC because the one i had broke, could not retrieve MXS off of it. I saved the email with the installer and when i try to install it says the password has been locked.

Can i have another installer please?
