First one, you don't need the .rar/.zip files once you extract the contents.

Thank you, but can you tell whats the problem when it says no power of texture...?

That means whatever the texture is, it's resolution isn't a power of 2 (8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512 etc.). Normally it's from tracks and the creator didn't fix it, don't worry about it.
