New PC/Laptop

im searching for a new PC/Laptop that most importantly is fast and could easily handle mxs on highest graphics. My budget is like 700€. Any tips would be really appreciated.

I think that you should build one. It's way cheaper, and you can hand pick what's best. Considering graphics cards, processing units, etc. I'm just not sure what to get. You'd have to ask around.
