MX Simulator crashes

Post by Maleksi »

Hi! I just bought a new graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 5450) and when i went back to game, it started to load tracks and bikes and everything :D It loaded them about 30 seconds what is not usual speed for my computer. Then when it loaded everything, the game crashes... It shuts down the game and thats it. No messages or anything. I tried with every graphic setups and without mods but no. What to do???

Try disabling Catalyst AI. If you don't have an option for that, disable "Surface Format Optimization" and set texture filtering to "High Quality".

They will be in the Catalyst Control Center.

If you aren't running the latest drivers from ATI, try that. You can also try disabling framebuffer objects in the game, although ideally you'd want them enabled.

When you check the crash details what module is it crashing in? (Look under Fault Module Name.)

I'm not sure if XP keeps them around. There should be a button to press when the crash happens.

Not 100% sure but I think you can see the error reports from Event Viewer. Go Start->Run and write eventvwr.
Then dig the right report from there.
