Can not record and play from the same file

When ever i try and play somthing that i have recorded it comes up with this message ^^^ Then it says recording disabled, i have deleted all of my saved demos, including the defult one. To give it a fresh start but it still says this, When it plays the recording it is just in like a gost mode.
Any suggestions?

When you click playback demo, there should be a box that says "Playback mode" and click it to "Play back only". You must have "Race against" selected.
