So I kinda figured it out but it has blue and black dots and I dont know how to get them off

I use Gimp 2.0 and i have been trying to make my own gear to release but i have always had problems such as the things ive added aren't in the correct place of my number and name on jersey aren't in the correct spot, and on bike skins i have a problems getting the exact stuff that i added to the template to show up in game and just stuff like that but i mean i guess it just takes time and practice but we are lucky enough to have alot of really good skinners and gear designers.

So give props to all the skinners and Gears designers out there.
