PLEASE HELP! :( new pc and started lagging.

okay guys so i bought a new computer

card: amd radeon hd 6800 series
proccesor amd phenom (tm) II x6 1090T 3.21ghz

windows 7.

so the first 3 days i wasnt lagging at all (maxed settings exept ground texture reso 512 or what it is)
now i start lagging when i put shaders on and framebuffer objects.
at the start it didnt lagg at all with those settings turned ON.
so i think i mustv done something wrong or idk
im realy disapointed in this,also when playing my cpu doesnt go above 21?? when lagging it should just use more cpu???

josh told me to change some stuff in catalyst cotrol center but it only stopped the game from crashing wich did before i used those settings.

please help im realy staring to get sad by the fact i bought an 800 euro computer and i cant play the game i wanted to play properly

ps i am able to run crysis 2 maxed out but it isnt as smooth as in the beginning any more

Sounds like you mucked up some settings in CCC. There should be a reset to defaults in there somewhere, try doing that and reporting back.

this is what jlv told me to do:Try disabling Catalyst AI. If that option doesn't exist in the version of Catalyst Control Centerthat you're using, unmarking 'Enable Surface Format Optimization' andsetting texture filtering to 'High Quality' should be the same thing.

the only thing i did in ccc was this i tried resseting but it doesnt work it wil only get worse .

i just dont get it why does it do this?
i was able to run with shaders on and also framebuffer objects now i need to turn them both off to be able to play lagg free.
also my ground text res is on 250 now bcus else it wil lagg.
