need help with helmets and other installations

:twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: ok when i put the stuff i downloaded on the gome it says its there but when i put it on i will have no body or head when i try the skins they dont work either please help :o :twisted: :evil: :twisted: :evil:
