Playing online

When i try to play online, it keeps saying invalid key... I have no clue what this means. I brought the game and it's been letting me play online.. it started saying this like 1 week ago

Your key should be in the email you recieved after you bought the game.

i have tried to play online but it always says the same ''key invalid'' and i bought the game 1 month ago and couldn't play online even once

You need to enter your registration key. It's in the same email with the download link.

Did you double check it and not mix up any zeroes for O's or anything like that?

i double checked it and it was still wrong now i triple check and i got it right thank you very much!
