Game controller help

I'm going to try to make sense out of this so here it goes. I bought a wired Xbox game controller from game stop for my pc. When i first used the controller for MX Simulator it was throttle sensitive so when i pushed down the right trigger a little bit, it would only give the bike a little bit of gas. But now i press the trigger down just a tiny bit and it makes my bike go full throttle. So if somebody knows the problem please help! Thanks

I just calibrated it, no luck.

I lied! I never calibrated the Z axis, it works now. Thanks yz!
