System out of memory

Been trying to download some track all morning, but keep getting this error:

I cleared out my downloads and restarted my computer and still can not download any tracks. Any help would be appreciated.

Pure has down syndrome. It's always acting up. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
