Im new here, only joined a few days ago. Just wondering, what are the rules on using skins that i have downloaded. I know you cant use the ones with locked on them or with peoples names and numbers, but are you allowed to use the ones without numbers or public ones to race with.I didnt know weather you need there permision or not. I want to get into racing but i dont want to offend or piss anyone off. Cheers guys. Any help would be great
