Error Out of virtual memory

So the other day I wanted to play the offline series on mx simulator and it worked perfectly until I got to the Smithtown stock track. Anytime I would try to load it, it would crash and give me that error. And I read the other thread about this same problem but why is it only happening on one track? That is very low quality textures?

Turn down your graphics settings in advanced graphic settings. Should work then

Graphics are already on lowest settings.

Whats your PC specs?

Try selecting "Use Compatibility Settings" and then exiting and restarting the game. If you're using older ATI drivers you should update your graphics driver.
