Disconnecting Issue

Hello, I've been playing MX for roughly two years now and just started to have an issue with getting automatically disconnected from servers on restarts. I load into the gates by myself, and my ping and offset is stuck at 0. I have tried upgrading and downgrading versions, and connecting to Internet different ways, any suggestions, or could this be the server?

Is this for any server, your own etc. Is this for any tracks or some in particular?

I've only noticed on stock server, and haven't payed enough attention to say if it's certain tracks

Have you modified any of the stock tracks?

Also, I should add this started after I switched from Verizon to Time Warner Cable.
