Issue with configs after windows 10 update

When i updated to windows 10 the values in my configs got messed up and caused the rear break to be locked up and the throttle wide open. that was resolved with changing the value in the configs to a positive number. with the recent windows update that i downloaded last night the configs value was changed again but when i changed the value like i did previously the throttle doesn't work at all. please reply if you can think of any solutions or know what the problem is. I recently ran into controller issues with windows 10. My xbox one controller was working fine for months and all of a sudden my triggers won't register. Upon checking my drivers are up to date, the calibration of the controller shows all buttons/sticks/triggers functioning and they work in other games no problems.

Still trying to figure out what has happened. I can't figure it out at the moment. I've tried uninstalled and installing drivers, new usb ports, 2.0 and 3.0 ports doesn't seem to make a different either.
