I cant load up into version 13 every time i load it crashes heres my log file

It's crashing creating the OpenGL context. I'd tend to think that was a graphics driver thing but someone else had the same problem and the driver didn't fix it. Could be gdi32.dll. I pointed the other guy to this but he never responded again.
