How do i make A.I. More faster?

How do i make A.I. More faster? Because they are going so so slow and its not fun Tanks.
RACE ONLINE! Except some of the people on there aren't as intelligent as the AI in the game.
Depending on the track you can train them, and it might help a little bit. If it's on the stock tracks, that's all the faster they are. I think there is instructions buried on the forum for AI Training, start in the FAQ thread or search AI Training. It's probably not worth it however, as they just flat out aren't very good at the game.
