Those trees are billboards, so they rotate depending on your position to them, they're just moving through each other and it makes them appear or disappear behind others.

u seen my settings and stuff when i turn my shaders and framebuffers on i start lagging im running an amd phenom proccesor II x6 1090t 3.21ghz so i might have some settings in ccc wrong??

How about drivers? You shouldn't be getting lag for shaders with that card.

Start menu, search run, press enter, type dxdiag and press enter again, go to the display tab and under the drivers section (just post the date, that'll give you a good idea).
