It only works 1 time. so if i end the race and go to another track it will close out when its loading but it works the first time

In that case, wait for the next snapshot. It's going to have a new decal renderer specifically for OpenGL drivers with buggy render to texture support.

Disabling AI in the Vision control fixed me up.

Yeah i was finally able to disable the catalyst AI and its working, as of now atleast.
