How to get in a team?

Hi I'm wondering if someone can help me I want to join a team I'm quite new to the game and i want to do some proper online races/series so can please someone tell me how I can join a team? because I go to the racing page and click on a team and all I see is (have you go permission ?) and arguing.

I saw you already posted in the looking for a team thread, that's a start. Other than that just try to make a name for yourself, either in racing or creating content, just do stuff and be nice and most of all have fun with it. A team will eventually see you as someone they want to have.
