Help enhance graphics

ok so i have just got my new pc and so far it is doing really well. i bought it knowing that the graphics card wouldn't be that great, i knew that i would want to replace it (nVidia GT 430 1gb) with maby a 580 or somthing of the like.
But in the mean time i was wondering if you can change the settings of the card to make, particually the edges softer, the image is clear as day when fully zoomed in, but as you zoom out the screenie becomes more blury, and i was wondering if there was anything that i could do to try and make it a bit clearer.
I have the latest drivers for the card aswell, so that's not affecting it at all.

What do you mean by zooming out making it blurry? That makes no sense, and doesn't even seem possible.
