Purchase Issue

I recently tried to buy MX Simulator (It was around 8:00 PM EST) and something went wrong... way wrong.

I followed all the steps to purchase MX Simulator using Amazon Checkout and after the checkout was finished,
I didn't get an e-mail or a notification or anything.
I went and checked my Amazon account and I had $42 less than I originally had. So I lost my Amazon money,
but I still don't have the game. I do not wish to re-purchase the game. And..... I don't know what to do... :(

Any help is appreciated.

I contacted them and they said the transaction was complete and I should have received my purchase. They said I need to contact the company to sort everything out.

BMT has never sent a customer back to me for help with an order before. It wouldn't make any sense since I have no control over the ordering process. They only refer people to me when there is a technical problem with the software. I also find it hard to believe they didn't offer to resend the order. Who did you talk to? If it was an email please forward it to me.

I do have the ability to check the status of completed orders. Of the orders completed since 8:00 PM yesterday, all have been downloaded at least once with the exception of one order from France. Based on your IP address, I have no orders from your area in that time frame.

I called their FAX Number and they said the transaction was complete. But... it wasn't. They said they don't know of any way it could have gone wrong.

And as soon as I finished posting that^^^^, I got an email for the DL and now everything is good.
