when i go to connect all it say is "contacting sever" it does this for ages

Try disabling the firewall on your router and in Windows.

How to allow a program through Windows firewall
Are you just trying to connect to the
official servers, or a server you/someone else made?

Ehm mybe you didnt have downloaded the newest update 1.7 or you dont have the newest snapshot, so you cant connect to 02

ive got the update and my sever address is right
i could connect before i download the update
