1.8 lag

I have install the update 1,8 , but now , the game lag very much , i play in custom graphics , and with model geometric detail etc in 2 ..
I can't play on multiplayers now , so much lag .
Help please ?

Try setting the terrain rendering method to one of the non-shader options if you want it to run like 1.7.
