game reset? HELP!! ;(

My game reset ;( i dont know why. I was playing last night, and then i just quit and turned my computer off like i normally do. Now i just went back on and everything is lost. Im joe motocross again...-_- and I have lost my WHOLE setup, stability, suspension, etc, took along time to get it to my liking... AND NOW ITS ALL GONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!

If you don't have a backup there isn't much that can be done.
