Fuzzy Graphics and bar pad?

Im just curious if there is any way that i can make the bar pad and my bike graphics clear? or are they all fuzzy??

go to graphics settings and turn model detail and texture all the way up

Don't turn the model detail all the way up unless you want lower FPS with no noticeable improvement in detail.
