Removing red tach needle

Kind of a dumb question, but it's been bugging me for the longest time, I can't find anything in the install .saf's that says anything like needle.png or whatever...
I only ask because I want to make a kind of minimal hud, with the pitboard, and the chat stuff, but not the tach / shifter
And with that, the shift number uses the font.png last I heard. So I might have to ride with a random number in the bottom right corner of my screen, and (hopefully not) a red needle bouncing around... =(
