BTM ORDER BUG ???

hi i just reset ma PC. and when i go to BTM for download the game, they said the password is blocked !!! why ? i buy it, my UID is 8320 and i have my regstration key. can somebody help me please ?

It was blocked because your password was used to download in two different countries. I've unblocked it for you.
