Major FPS issues

Ever since yesterday, my game is running like absolute crap. I'm not sure what has happened, but i can't even play on single player at 125 FPS. I'm getting 30-40 FPS on single player at Indiana national.
I could play this last week with 40 riders at 125 FPS.
I'm honestly not sure what's going on with it, but I need help ASAP.

I'm having this problem too. I tried switching to old snapshot versions and wasn't successful.

I don't even have another game to try so I'm not sure if its just my laptop. All I know is that one day I was running 125fps all the time and the next day I can't even play single player without my fps going crazy on average graphics.

In your graphics card settings, google it if you can't find it. I find it makes MXS go all wonky.

V sync does good for me. I use a 60hz screen and could probably support 120 with my pc, maybe something with that, no idea.

V sync is off. None of my settings had been tampered with. I have them optimized for this game.

Is anyone else experiencing longer load times? I'm starting to think it might be my laptop.

Honestly, I uninstalled windows 8.1, and reinstalled windows 7 and haven't had any problems. Terrible OS.

I haven't updated windows since I started having this issue, I've been on the same version so I'm not sure if that's it. I don't feel like downgrading to windows 7 either lol

I just started having this same issue today, along with a little hiccup that happens every couple of seconds. Turning v-sync off didn't help, and I'm running Win7.
It ran fine a couple of days ago. I didn't change any settings or anything, yet now my frame rate is shit and there's that hiccup. Happens on and offline. I'm nowhere near maxing out my CPU or graphics card. What gives?
