Xbox 360 controller triggers working using wine

To get the triggers working (RT and LT) on mac when using wine and wine bottler, go into finder and search 'config'. It should then come up with a number of 'config' files, just click on each one until the one that has MX Simulator settings in. Then scroll down to where it says throttle, front brake and rear break and replace them with this:
throttle_key=(-1.000000,1.000000)Joystick0 axis 5
front_brake_key=(-1.000000,1.000000)Joystick0 axis 4
rear_brake_key=(-1.000000,1.000000)Joystick0 axis 4
Finally, save it and then the triggers should work in game.

I'm not finding anything when I search "config"
I'm on El Captain by the way. Any ideas?

Have you tried to open the mx sim folder and search it from there? I'm also using El Captain so that's just a guess really. Sorry, but hope that helps

I'm having the same issue. Where exactly is your config file? I dont have anything in there called confid.

Go into your mx simulator personal folder and search for "config" within that.
